We look forward to spending four wonderful days together, sharing delicious meals, soulful music, fun games, and exploring the stunning Penicuik Estate and its beautiful surrounding countryside.
SUNDAY MAY 24th
GUEST ARRIVAL

You're welcome to arrive as early as 1 pm to check-in to your accommodations.

Once you’ve settled into your accommodations, join us in the Penicuik House for welcome drinks and snacks.
WELCOME DINNER
6:30 PM
A celebration with Jon wouldn’t be complete without sharing pizza. Gather with us in the courtyard to start the celebration with wood-fired slices, music, and friends!

MONDAY MAY 25th
ESTATE TOUR
11:00 AM
Optional guided historical estate tour, explore the grounds and learn about the history of Penicuik Estate. Meet at the front of Penicuik Estate house. The tour will last approximately 1 hour.
If you’re interested in exploring the surrounding area, this would be a great day to plan something on your own, try golfing, explore Edinburgh or simply take time to relax and unwind.
PICNIC LUNCH
NOON - 2:00 PM
Lunch will be served in the Penicuik Guest Kitchen for you to enjoy wherever you like, take it on a hike, or relax and savor it in the garden.
CANDLELIGHT DINNER
6:00 PM
Start the evening with cocktails and canapés, followed by dinner in the Penicuik Dining Room.

JAZZ IN THE LOUNGE
After dessert, we will move into the bar and lounge to continue the evening’s celebration with live music.

CEREMONY & GARDEN PARTY
An intimate ceremony will be followed by a charming spring garden celebration, featuring lawn games, live music, and the opportunity to enjoy one another’s company amidst the beauty of the outdoors.

COCKTAILS, CANAPÉS & SHERLOCK SOIREE
An evening of cocktails and canapés begins the night, but as the evening unfolds, a murder occurs — where wit, teamwork, and a bit of sleuthing come together to create an unforgettable night of entertainment.

WEDNESDAY MAY 27th
CLAY SHOOTING
NOON
We’ve arranged a classic estate activity, clay pigeon shooting. If you’d like, you’re invited to join for a fun and relaxed afternoon trying your hand at trap shooting. No experience needed!
AFTERNOON TEA
2:00 PM
High tea will be served in the drawing room, hosted by the Moms. Join us for drinks and light bites, after an afternoon of activities.

FAREWELL EVENING
5:30 PM
We’ll spend our final evening together at the historic The Sheep Heid Inn, the oldest pub in Scotland, enjoying great food, drinks, and live music in a truly unique setting.
Transportation will be provided, with the bus departing promptly at 5:30 PM

TODAY WE DEPART
Today, we must say our goodbyes. Kindly inform us of your departure plans, and we will gather in Penicuik House to bid you farewell.
